Wing Portraitures :: Grey-crowned Crane (25x18)
The legend of the crane speaks of jealousy of its crown, a gift for its honorable actions. To this day the crane continues to be sought after for its beauty leaving it endangered throughout Africa.
This painting was inspired by the African story telling us how the crane was adorned with it's golden crown. I found it telling of how much we may feel turmoiled by the world around us, with a calm spirit our truth and purpose will manifest.
Collection: Winged Portraitures
Medium: acrylic
Size: 25x18
